Step One â Pre VIP Day Consultation
Weâll book in a call with you to learn as much as we can about you, your business and what youâre looking to achieve. Weâll spend some time developing a list of priorities to tackle on the big day.
Step Two â We do the homework
Weâll spend a whole bunch of time reviewing everything we can about your business and its presence. Weâll look at your social media content, your campaigns, your branding and messaging, your website and everything else we can find.
Step Three â Your VIP Day
Weâll spend the day with you (and your team if youâd prefer) and tackle that agreed list. We wonât just talk â weâll get stuck in and get to work and aim to get as much value as we can out of a single day.
Step Four â Support
Just because the day ends doesnât mean weâre done. Weâll be on hand for the next month to answer as many questions as you can throw at us. This includes phone and email support.
Step Five â Check-in Call
A month after the VIP Day weâll jump on another call with you to find out how youâre getting on and help you ensure youâre still on track. Is there more support we can offer? What challenges are you still facing?

Seth has more than 15 years' experience in the digital marketing space. He started doing marketing in real estate and for health organisations in the early 2000s and quickly grew his marketing agency into a powerful team of 7 that now works with a wide range of clients throughout New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the world.
His day-to-day is working with businesses to help them identify their key points of difference and developing strategies and messaging to help them grow and acheive their goals.
